    • Create a Custom Email

      Prepare custom email for your submitters:

      1. Use the rich text editor to craft the email body, format the text and set the title
      2. Add attachments to your email to provide additional resources or information

    • Email Field & SMTP Configuration

      To send custom emails, ensure that your form includes an Email field, which allows you to collect recipients' email addresses. Additionally, configure your SMTP settings to enable the system to send emails on your behalf. SMTP configuration ensures your emails are sent securely and reliably. Here’s what you need:

      1. Email Field: Make sure your form includes an Email field to collect recipient email addresses.
      2. SMTP server information (such as the hostname and port) and Your SMTP credentials (username and password).
      3. Encryption method (SSL/TLS) for secure transmission.

    • Attachments

      You can also attach files to your custom emails. This feature is perfect for sending:

      1. Welcome packet
      2. Informational documents
      3. Event details or any other resources related to your form submissions.
